TORQUE RIDES // SHIPPING POLICY

At TORQUE RIDES, we distribute high-performance, industrial-grade micro-mobility machinery. Because our inventory consists of heavy-duty electric vehicles, dual-motor configurations, and high-voltage battery cell arrays, our logistics network operates exclusively within Europe. We do not ship to destinations outside of Europe.

1. ORDER PROCESSING WINDOWS

Verification & Handling: All orders undergo a strict verification window of 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday) to cross-check payment security and inventory allocation before being prepared for freight dispatch.
Daily Cutoff: Orders placed after 14:00 (2:00 PM) EET on Friday, or anytime during weekends and public holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

2. EUROPEAN TRANSIT TIMELINES & METHODS

Once handed over to our overland freight partners, shipments are moved via secure ground networks. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please Note: Processing time (order preparation and safety checks) is separate from transit time (the time the carrier takes to move the asset to your door).

3. NO IMPORT DUTIES OR CUSTOMS FEES

Because our distribution network operates entirely within Europe, all European Union orders ship with zero customs friction. The price you see at checkout is 100% final. There are no hidden import duties, border handling fees, or unexpected clearance taxes upon delivery.

4. ORDER TRACKING & DISPATCH CONFIRMATION

The moment your machine is securely loaded onto the transport vehicle, an automated Shipping Confirmation Emailwill be pushed to your inbox from info@torquerides.com. This email will contain your dedicated tracking link and carrier details so you can monitor your high-voltage asset in real-time.

5. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Due to the sheer weight, physical dimensions, and integrated lithium-ion battery arrays of our performance vehicles, we are bound by standard overland freight laws:

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, island territories with no mainland bridge connections, or standard postal lockers.
A physical residential or commercial street address is strictly required for delivery.
Signature Required: To protect your investment, all vehicle shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
