This storefront is operated by TORQUE RIDES. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TORQUE RIDES. We provide this digital platform, including all specifications, gear, and vehicle access to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

By accessing our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY & USE

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence.

You may not use our vehicles or digital assets for any illegal, hazardous, or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to exploit, duplicate, or copy any layout design, media, or proprietary product configuration from our store without explicit written permission from us.

SECTION 2 - PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

Prices for our machinery and components are subject to change without notice based on manufacturing logistics or raw material shifts.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a vehicle variant or service line without liability to any party.

SECTION 3 - HIGH-PERFORMANCE MACHINERY & EUROPEAN COMPLIANCE

Territory Limitation: TORQUE RIDES operates and delivers exclusively within Europe. We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales to any geographic region outside our core logistics network.
Operational Compliance: Our inventory consists of high-output, industrial-grade electric vehicles. It is the absolute and exclusive responsibility of the buyer to research, understand, and comply with all local country, regional, or municipal laws regarding motor size, speed thresholds, and street-legality rules in their specific European jurisdiction. TORQUE RIDES is not liable for any regional asset seizures, fines, or legal enforcement actions resulting from local non-compliance.

SECTION 4 - WARRANTY COVERAGE

We back our machinery with a structured manufacturer's warranty to ensure your ride stays operational.

Core Coverage: All core structural components, electric motors, controllers, and battery arrays are covered against manufacturing defects for a specified period from the date of delivery.
Exclusions: This warranty strictly covers mechanical or electronic manufacturing defects under normal operational use. It does not cover wear-and-tear components (tires, brake pads, grip tape), damage caused by physical crashes, water submersion, unauthorized electronic modifications, straight-pipe alterations, tuning adjustments outside factory limits, or neglect.
Claims: To open a technical evaluation claim, contact our team at support@torquerides.com with your original order number, details of the issue, and high-resolution video evidence of the mechanical anomaly.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & CUSTOMER DATA

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. This includes limiting orders per household or flagging orders that present high fraud risk indicators. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all transactions so we can successfully dispatch your freight.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & CONNECTIONS

Certain components or media displayed on our platform may link to external, third-party sites or supplier networks that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of these external platforms.

SECTION 7 - LIABILITY LIMITATION

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, our vehicles is at your sole risk. All machinery delivered to you is provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any hidden warranties or conditions of merchantability or specialized performance durability outside our stated specifications.

In no case shall TORQUE RIDES, our team, or our logistics partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, personal injury, property damage, or mechanical failures—arising from your operation of the machinery or use of our service.

SECTION 8 - SEVERABILITY & TERMINATION

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by local trade courts, that specific provision shall be deemed severed, and it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining rules.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any transactional agreements whereby we provide you machinery shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard European e-commerce guidelines and international trade laws.
